FiveM have purchased a vacant retail and office building on the Market Square in the centre of the historic City of Salisbury. A planning application has been approved which will provide 11 new homes, in townhouses and apartments alongside breathing new life into the vacant retail space.
FiveM are working in partnership with the owners of a 4* hotel and spa on the banks of the River Stour. Our proposals will see the hotel increase in capacity from 29 hotel rooms to 65.
FiveM have received planning consent from the NFNP to remove two locally listed buildings and replace them with a substantial new home on the South Coast. Set in 12 acres with private river frontage, the scheme will provide a main dwelling with separate guest cottage, staff accommodation, boat house and tennis / pool pavilion.
FiveM own an industrial site in Christchurch, Dorset, with planning potential for 80 new homes and apartments. Consultation with the LPA and the EA are ongoing to determine how best to unlock the huge potential of this site.
