FiveM is a privately owned property development company founded by Charlie Morgan and Anna Lindfield. We created the business to offer landowners a more personal, capable and partnership-led route to unlocking the value of their land.

We bring together development, planning and commercial experience with a straightforward, relationship-driven way of working. As an independent business, we stay closely involved in every opportunity we pursue and every partnership we build.

FiveM also co-own Spencers, the leading independent estate agency for the New Forest and surrounding areas, which also has thriving Lettings and New Homes departments. This allows FiveM to bring real-time market insight into every development, enabling us to design and deliver schemes that are fully aligned with buyer demand—maximising value, reducing risk and giving our landowning partners a clear advantage.
